The Hot Dip Galvanized Stay Strap with Guy Thimble manufactured by Shanghai Herrajes Industry is designed for overhead power distribution systems, utility poles, and guy wire anchoring applications.

This stay bracket assembly is manufactured from high strength corrosion resistant low alloy steel or carbon steel, providing excellent mechanical strength and reliable performance in outdoor environments. The terminating strap is designed for fixing onto wooden poles with M16 bolts and nuts, while the integrated guy thimble provides a smooth connection point for guy grips or guy wires.

The stay strap features a 45° bend design with double holes, ensuring secure installation and stable load distribution. The thimble is manufactured without sharp edges to prevent damage to guy wires during installation and operation.

The entire assembly is hot dip galvanized according to BS EN ISO 1461:2009, providing a durable zinc coating for corrosion protection and long service life in harsh outdoor conditions.
